A little impromptu GCN w/some guest stars. Well, they were guest eaters and didn't quite find their way off the couch and into the kitchen, but everyone had fun. After a fond farewell party for Mel-Pop, TMac, El Tiburon, BriGuy and T-Bone ended up at T-Bone's place for some mojitos and good eats. Thanks to the Omaha Meat company, the guys ate some fresh pork (and some black cod that T-Bone caught a little while back):
A little reduction sauce of mandarin oranges, OJ, fresh Greek oregano and rosemary:

Throw some potato cakes in the oven w/some spicy ketchup for them:
